Wife Of Cedar City Firefighter, St. George Man Among Those Killed In Las Vegas
The wife of a Cedar City firefighter is identified as among those killed in the Las Vegas mass shooting. Cedar City police confirmed yesterday that Heather Alvarado died Monday night after being shot at the Route 91 Harvest Festival on the Las Vegas Strip late Sunday. Police released a statement from her family yesterday, saying in part they “appreciate your many words of kindness and concern.” A Saint George man who commuted to his job in Las Vegas every day, Cameron Robinson, was also killed. Robinson lived in Saint George with his boyfriend, who was also at the concert with him. At least 58 people were killed and more than 500 were injured in Sunday night’s massacre.
