Utah Combines Constituent Offices
January 10, 2019, Saint George Utah
Dear Senators Lee, Romney, and Congressman Stewart,
You have probably already considered this idea, but you should take another look. In Oklahoma, the Republican delegation, at least in times past, combined their offices, so instead of each Senator having 3 offices located in the most populous markets, there were six offices. This enabled more local offices in the rural areas. Oklahoma is about 69 thousand square miles, with 5 Congressmen. Utah had 85 thousand square miles with 4 Congressmen.
According to the web sites Senator Lee has these offices in Utah, Salt Lake City 186,440, St. George, 72,897 and Ogden 82,825.
Senator Hatch had offices in Ogden 82,825, Cedar City 28,857, Provo 112,488, Salt Lake City 186,440, and St. George 72,897.
Congressman Stewart had offices in Salt Lake City 186,440 and St George 72,897.
Congressman Rob Bishop had offices in Brigham City 17,899
(Staffed only part Time), Ogden 82,825 and Vernal 9,089 (Staffed only part Time).
Congressman John Curtis lists Provo 112,488.
Congresswoman Mia Love lists West Jordan 103,712.

Consider sharing offices and spreading them further around the state. The Romney offices might be an opportunity to share as well.
