SALT LAKE CITY (AP) – Utah prosecutors say a misconduct complaint they filed against a former judge accused of sexually assaulting a Utah woman when he was a prosecutor and she was a teenage witness has been closed.

The Utah Attorney General’s office says they received notice Tuesday that the complaint filed against Richard W. Roberts was closed Friday. A letter announcing the complaint’s closure was posted on the website of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
