Robert Lyman was officially booked on misdemeanor charges of reckless burning and burning without a permit yesterday and then quickly released. He faces up to 18 months in jail on the misdemeanor charges. The Brian Head Fire scorched 71-thousand acres and destroyed 13 homes. Investigators say Lyman was using a weed torch on his property, which sparked the blaze.
