Man Pleads Not Guilty In Cedar City Trailer Park Murder
The man accused of shooting and killing another man after reportedly finding him with a woman he was involved with pleads not guilty. Mark Mair entered the plea for nine charges yesterday, including aggravated murder, in the July of 2016 death of Justin Hanna. Prosecutors say Mair went into Chandra Davis’ home in the Reber Court Trailer Park in Cedar City and found Hanna with her, shooting him three times. Prosecutors have still not decided if they will seek the death penalty.
