Christmas Tree Prices Up In Utah, Rest Of The West
Utahns looking to buy real Christmas trees for their homes should be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. A combination of western wildfires and a changing marketplace have driven the cost of a typical tree up by 20-dollars or more. He adds that California retailers are paying whatever it takes to get trees shipped to them, leaving other western states with fewer trees and much higher prices.
