Castle Fraser in Scotland’s Aberdeenshire region is a Z Plan castle; it features a central tower in rectangular shape with staircases laid out diagonally opposite each other. Aside from mysterious piano playing, whispers, and voices, the castle is said to be haunted by a visiting princess murdered inside in the Green Room and then dragged along the stone stairs, leaving a trail of bluid so thick it could not be cleaned. Singing, laughing children and the ghost of Lady Blanche Drummond are other bizarre occurrences lending to the castles haunted position. www.destination360.com/europe/uk/haunted-scotland-castle.
