The false Incorporation Doctrine was relied upon, which is in direct contravention to the Constitution as ratified. Heller was a Tenth Amendment issue, not a Second Amendment issue. The NRA opened the floodgates to Federal ruling upon State regulations, now we are on the brink of National Reciprocity, which will eventually be a disaster.
