Democratic National Committee Chairwoman, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, has been accused of “rigging” the 2016 Democratic presidential primary in favor of her friend, Hillary Clinton.

Democrats were enraged when Wasserman Schultz put a cap on presidential primary debates, prompting many on the far left to question if the Democratic Party establishment was trying to clear the way for Clinton.

Senator Bernie Sanders is giving Clinton a big run for her political money by winning a string of primary state elections that Clinton was expected to win. The notion that Wasserman Schultz and others in the Democratic Party establishment are trying pave the road for Clinton, and push out Sanders, has becoming more and more plausible.

But even after these Sanders wins, hardcore Democratic Super delegates are still sided with Clinton, leaving everyone to come to the conclusion that the fix really is in for Clinton.

Appearing on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah,” Wasserman Schultz  was questioned about the possible fix.

Schultz smiled and responded, “As powerful as that makes me feel, I’m not doing a very good job of rigging the outcome or … blocking … anyone from being able to get their message out.”

“If I have to take a few punches in order for them to be able to make sure their message gets out, so be it,” she added. “I’m all about making sure that, ultimately, we can elect our party’s nominee in the general election.”-Hill

Republicans can’t say much about this possible rigging of the race for Clinton considering that a similar situation could be unfolding, as many in the GOP establishment are hoping to derail Donald Trump’s campaign.

There is a very good possibility that Republicans will enter a brokered convention in August.

John Kasich does not have a pathway to victory, but is in the race hoping that a contested convention will work in his favor.
