UTAH MADE BOYCOTT AN EXTORTION CRIME, California boycotts Utah

I recently learned that California has been officially boycotting Utah (and 2 dozen other states) since 2015. I attach the current posting on the CA’s Attorney general’s web site bragging about this.
I also attach a copy of Utah’s Code title 76-6-406 Theft by extortion making boycotting a crime of extortion. Seems pretty clear to me. I ask our legislators and Governor to request an opinion from the County attorney and the Utah attorney general as to why the title 76 crime has not been enforced? If the legislature needs to study this before the winter session, now is the time.
