Two people are still recovering from their injuries following a drunk driving rollover crash on Cedar Mountain. Investigators say they’re still trying to figure out who was behind the wheel of the car when it rolled on State Route 14 late Monday. A male in the car was flown to a Saint George hospital after going into shock while a female suffered a broken leg. So far, neither has been charged.
