A short time before the South Carolina GOP primary, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush made a critical mistake that could have been a signal of his campaign’s eventual demise.

The Bush campaign had left open the exclusive rights to the web domain name “JebBush.com,” and as such, it was immediately scooped up by a quick-thinking supporter of billionaire businessman and presidential candidate Donald Trump, who redirected to Trump’s campaign website visitors searching for Bush.
