Stolen Items Returned To Rightful Owners After Theft Arrest.
Saint George police are returning items to their rightful owners following the arrest of a man living in a garage. A woman reportedly told police she saw her stolen bike in a garage at a home close to hers on North County Lane last week. Saint George News reports Richard Hess was found living in the garage by police, along with numerous stolen items. Police reported yesterday they also found marijuana, methamphetamine and prescription drugs when they arrested Hess on Friday. He’s facing numerous charges, including three counts of felony theft.
