It’s Official: Ted Cruz Names Carly Fiorina As His VP
The rumors were true. Ted Cruz has officially announced that Carly Fiorina will be his running mate, should he secure the Republican nomination.
It’s an interesting move for sure. Is it a Hail Mary? I suppose you could say that. I believe Ronald Reagan was the last Republican candidate to choose a running mate before sealing the nomination. He chose Richard Schweiker during the 1976 election but of course lost the nomination to Gerald Ford.
