Man Arrested For Elder Abuse In St. George
A man is facing a misdemeanor charge for reportedly assaulting an 82-year-old man in a Saint George home. James Paulus reportedly admitted to a woman also living at the home on East 400 North that he’d shoved the victim in the wee hours of Saturday morning. Police reported yesterday Paulus had apparently shoved the man because he came into the bathroom while he was using it. Paulus is scheduled for another court appearance next month.
