Man Accused Of Threatening Law Enforcement Enters Plea In Abeyance.

A man who reportedly threatened police and told a hotel clerk he wanted to commit suicide by cop enters a plea in absence.  If Christopher Lescoe fulfills numerous orders from a Cedar City judge handed down yesterday, including three years of probation along with mental health and substance abuse evaluations, his case will be dismissed.  Lescoe had been facing seven charges after he reportedly threatened police on social media at the end of March.  Cedar City’s police chief also reportedly heard him tell a hotel clerk while on the phone he wanted to commit suicide by cop, according to The Spectrum.
