Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Boy
A man remains behind bars in Saint George for reportedly sexually assaulting a ten-year-old boy he’d been babysitting. Police arrested Kevin Garvin over the weekend after the victim reportedly told Children’s justice Center officials the 39-year-old had touched him inappropriately. Garvin, who is listed as a transient, was arrested before the weekend and charged with two aggravated sex abuse of a child counts.
