According to Fox News Contributor, Judge Andrew Napolitano, who appeared on Fox News’ “Special Report with Bret Baier,” there is enough evidence against Hillary Clinton to indict her on the whole Benghazi email scandal.

Hillary Clinton, of course,  has gone on record of saying that an indictment of her is ” not going to happen.”

This assertion by Napolitano comes off the heals of the leak from an anonymous source that Clinton’s closest aide, Huma Abedin, was interviewed by the FBI about Clinton’s use of a private email to conduct government business while acting as secretary of state.

Abedin was one of Clinton’s closest aides during her tenure as the nation’s top diplomat, serving as deputy chief of staff. The interview of Abedin, part of Clinton’s inner circle, is a possible indication that the investigation might be in its final stages. It was not immediately clear whether other aides have been interviewed, or when or if Clinton herself might be questioned.

Now  U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan may order Clinton to appear and testify under oath “about whether she used a private email server to evade public records disclosures.”
