Edict I
Congress shall make no law protecting the establishment of religion, and will prohibiting the free exercise thereof unless that religion be designated special status from white liberals and Hollywood elites; government can abridge the freedom of speech, will restrict the press and redact and rewrite news events; and will protect the the right of liberal people to violently assemble, and will allow leftists to petition the Government for a redress of grievances at http://www.whitehouse.gov

Edict II
A regulated People being necessary for the security of the nanny State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall be denied.

Edict III
Any Soldier shall, in time of peace or war be quartered in any house of their choosing, without the consent by of the Owner.

Edict IV
The right that the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall be denied, and all Warrants shall be issued, without probable cause.

Edict V/b]
Any person, especially cops, shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise racist crime, without presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury; any person not of color shall be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall any liberal IT specialists ever be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against the Clintons; people not of color shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; and shall their private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Edict VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused, especially po-lice in Baltimore, shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public show-trial, without an impartial jury, and shall not be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; shall not to be confronted with any witnesses against him; shall not have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and will not have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Edict VII
In Suits of common law, no tort-reforms shall be permitted and no limits on unjust compensations shall be denied.

Edict VIII
Excessive bail, especially for po-lice in Baltimore. shall be required, and excessive fines imposed, and cruel and unusual punishments inflicted regardless of evidence demonstrating otherwise.

Edict IX
The Constitution, of government power, shall be be construed to deny any additional protections to the people.

Edict X
The powers not delegated to the United States Federal Government by the Constitution, are not reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
