Additional Rape Charges Filed Against Former Karate Instructor
A man accused of sexually abusing a minor is back behind bars in Davis County for allegedly violating the same victim. Police arrested Damian Fullmer on Monday on five rape of a child counts in addition to his aggravated sexual assault counts he was arrested for earlier this year. The former karate instructor remains behind bars on half-a-million-dollars bail though the victim’s attorney says they will ask that he be held without bail.
