Part 111. Fake Rankings. Center for Disease Control manipulates the same Anti Border wall states from longest life expectancy states. Who knew?
Part 111. After the 2008 election, Obama’s CDC used the National Vital Statistics System to re-rank the top ten states’ life expectancy. For the Twentieth century, the Census bureau reported the ranks. So in 2019, the same 10 states’ Democrat Attorney Generals ‘filed a preliminary injunction challenging President Trump’s National Emergency Declaration’ to stop building the border Wall.
[Previous Part 110. Disaster Aid Bill of 2019 appropriates funs for Puerto Rico, based on rewriting history and deaths from hurricane Maria in 2017.]
This is Part 111 of a health series. Parts 1 to 30 and 107 to 110 compared how census reported life expectancy and death rate tables, and ranked states by how long we live. The last census based ranking was from the 1990 census, which ranked Utah Number One for longest life. However the 2000 and 2010 census ranks were skipped. Since 2009, the CDC correlated states’ longevity with Democrat Attorney Generals states as best and Republican Attorney Generals as worse. The CDC’s National Vital Statistics Reports looped the changes based on states participating in lawsuits against Trump. Utopia is Sir Thomas More’s (1516) perfect place to live, and with a slight variation in spelling, perfectly describes Utah.
According to the KTVN web site, Twenty States File Preliminary Injunction in National Emergency Lawsuit. KTVN is Channel Two Reno Nevada TV station.
https://www.ktvn.com/story/40259953 /california-ag-files-preliminary-injunction-in-national-emergency-lawsuit Nevada also joined a multi-state lawsuit challenging President Trump’s declaration of a national emergency to create a border wall on February 18, 2019
California’s Attorney General announced Friday that 20 states including Nevada have filed a preliminary injunction challenging President Trump’s National Emergency Declaration. ‘Nevada, other attorneys general represented in this action include: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and Wisconsin.’

Fake Rankings. In Part 15 of this Health Series, I noted the CDC’s list of 2017 life expectancy rated the best ten states as follows. All voted Blue in the 2016 election. All sued to stop the Wall.
50 Hawaii
49 Minnesota
48 California
47 Connecticut
46 Massachusetts
45 New York
44 Vermont
43 Colorado
42 New Hampshire
41 New Jersey
The above list of CDC’s life expectancy best states overlaps the same states as in the litigation. The number is the rank of life expectancy from the CDC. The states are listed as noted by KTVN, in alphabetical order except for Nevada which is listed first. Nevada, other attorneys general represented in this action include: 48 California, 43 Colorado, 47 Connecticut, Delaware, 50 Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, 46 Massachusetts, Michigan, 49 Minnesota, 41 New Jersey, New Mexico, 45 New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, 44 Vermont, Virginia and Wisconsin.
What all these states have in common is Democrat Attorney Generals. And all these top ten states voted for HRC in 2016. All these states have legalized Marijuana. All these states support abortion with tax rebates.
These overlapping lists create a problem for the CDC. The odds against matching the lists randomly is north of a half million to one. The CDC had to manufacture fake death rankings.
