6 who dropped out or were disqualified still on Utah County ballots
“American Fork City Council candidate Bill Houlin, Eagle Mountain City Council candidate Tyler Shimakonis, Highland City Council candidate Kevin Braddy and Pleasant Grove City Council candidate Roy Spindler all still appear on the Utah County primary election ballots despite having dropped out of their respective races. Eagle Mountain City Council candidate Brett Mansfield and Pleasant Grove City Council candidate Carrie Hammond were disqualified from their races for not turning in their financial disclosures, according to Utah County Clerk Bryan Thompson. Thompson said the respective cities are supposed to notify voters of which candidate has withdrawn as well as post their names at vote service centers in each city.”
