NBC News’ headline conspicuously read, “Obama administration: As few as 64 civilians killed by drones.” The facts of the matter are that this figure only covers Africa, Pakistan and Yemen while excluding Iraq and Afghanistan, and it covers the time period from 2009-2013. Not entirely an accurate headline, NBC News.
